James Cary is a highly accomplished professional with a wealth of experience in the field of software engineering and Salesforce development. As the former Lead Salesforce Developer and Software Engineering Manager, James successfully led a team of developers specializing in Lightning Web Component (LWC) development for both the Lightning Experience and a custom Salesforce Community.

James holds several prestigious certifications, including Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Certified Administrator. Currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering at Datavative, James plays a pivotal role in overseeing the growth and development of the DEV team. James has a deep understanding of legal process design, further enhancing his ability to streamline operations within the organization.

Outside of work, James has a passion for cooking and enjoys experimenting with new techniques and kitchen gadgets. James loves to travel with his wife and always carries his camera to capture life's beautiful moments.
